Extended Stay Monthly Pricing

To receive a rate quote, please send us a detailed email with your proposed arrival and departure dates, occupancy # and whatever other details you may want us know and we'll send you back rate details. 

Please note we have a 30 to 91-night stay minimum.  30-night stays may be arranged for immediate occupancy or in the alternative for dates out in advance if the reservation dates fall more or less contiguous with an existing reservation.  If your preferred dates are not for immediate occupancy (more or less) or are not contiguous with existing reservations, we require a 91-day minimum stay commitment.  Please refer to our online calendar to plan your stay with us!  

We utilize a hybrid version of the hotel model as far as overnight guests and charges are based on occupancy. This as opposed to an open-ended apartment model, although even conventional rental apartment pricing is somewhat based on occupancy where maintenance and utility charges can get adjusted. Additionally, 
our variable costs such as utilities, housekeeping and laundry services increase with additional occupants. 

  • Half-Floor Suites
  • Starting Rates @ $118 per night
  • Suites booked on a minimum 30 to 91-night basis.
  • Pricing based on single occupancy. Maximum Occupancy 2.
  • $850/month supplemental charge for second occupant
  • Basic Utilities: $175/month
  • Utilities Include: Heat, Water, Gas, Electric & Basic Cable & Wi-Fi. 
  • Air Conditioning: $125/month (available in the months of June, July, August & September)
  • Housekeeping: $260/month (performed 1x per week)
  • Sales Tax Due for stays under 181 Days
  • Reduced Sales Tax for stays between 91 and 180 Days
  • Stays of at least 181 days are tax exempt
 
  • Full-Floor Suites
  • Starting Rates @ $150 per night
  • Suites booked on a minimum 30 to 91-night basis.
  • Pricing based on double occupancy. Maximum 3 Occupants.  
  • $850/month supplemental charge per additional occupant.
  • Basic Utilities: Madison or Lexington Suites: $275/month
  • Utilities Include: Heat, Water, Gas, Electric, Basic Cable. 
  • Air Conditioning: $125/month (available in the months of June, July, August & September)
  • Housekeeping: $340/month (performed 1x per week): 
  • Sales Tax Due for stays under 181 Days
  • Reduced Sales Tax for stays between 91 and 180 Days
  • Stays of at least 181 days are tax exempt
 
  • Sales Tax Details
  • Sales Tax is due as follows: For the first 90 days of occupancy: 14.475% [(8.875%) (NYS 4.375%+ NYC 4.5%) + plus 5.875%] + $9.50/day [1.50 per day + $2/night/room occupancy tax]. 
  • Once the 90th day is met you can request a refund from the state for the ‘state’ level of taxes (4.375%) plus the $1.50 per night fee. The city 4.5% and 5.875% tax is still applicable.
  • For the 91st to 180th day of occupancy you pay: 10.375% (4.50% + 5.875%) + $2/room/night. 
  • For any period after 181 days, no tax is due.
