Extended Stays
1871 House is a unique residential building in that it offers high-end extended-stay furnished apartments. The apartments include housekeeping services and utilities. Additionally, there is staff available during our office hours to assist all occupants staying at the house with any issues they might have as well as offering limited concierge services and the handling of special requests. Thus, the cost for an extended stay at 1871 House is significantly more than one would find in a standard rental building or a sublet. Additionally, because 1871 House is so centrally located and because of its proximity to public transportation, Central Park, world renown museums, high-end shopping and dining facilities, the 1871 House location is considered Prime (exclusive) so it is a generally expensive area to live in.

Our monthly rates are seasonal and depending on the month our half floor apartments cost $3,500 to $12,500 for single or double occupancy. The full floor suites would range from $6,000-$17,500 per month. At the lowest end of the range would be for low demand months such as January and February and possibly one or two of the warmer months. The exact rate would also be determined by the particular room and number of persons to be accommodated. At the higher end of the range would be highly in-demand months such as September-December.
