1871 House Rates fluctuate and are dependent on the following:

• Specific room or suite
• Check-in date; check-out date;
• How far in advance you are booking;
• Number of guests;
• Number of beds required;
• 1871 House availability & market forces

Procrastinator Specials:

• Reduced rates
• Available on a "last call" basis
• Available on a limited basis
• 1-14 days in advance if available
• Last minute reservations "final"
• 4-night minimum is not applicable to "last call" stays.

Studios:

Rate-Ranges are based on single or double occupancy. Rates are per night.
Surcharge applies for each additional guest or for the addition of a folding bed ($25).

Suites:

Rate-ranges are based on occupancy of 3-4 guests.
Surcharges apply for each additional guest.

Please note:

• Stays under 180 days are subject to 8.38% New York State & City sales plus 5% (total 13.38%) and $2/night/room hotel occupancy tax plus $1.5/night. Incidental charges are additional.
• Bungalow Provision: guests staying a minimum of seven nights may opt to waive New York State sales tax (8.38%) however must still pay the New York City Hotel Tax (5% plus $2/room/night plus $1.50 per night). This option (named "Bungalow" provision) has been made available through The New York State department of finance. The bungalow provision option is unique to small facilities containing fewer than 10 units and where housekeeping is not provided throughout the stay.
• Rates are subject to seasonal fluctuations.
• Rates are subject to change depending on length of stay.
• Holidays are subject to higher rates as well as a five-night minimum night stay.
• Rate Ranges are subject to change without notice.
• Monthly rates may be negotiated if available
• Reduced last minute rates may be offered one or several days ahead. Inquire if interested by sending an email or calling. All last minute bookings are final. In the event of cancellation, the entire balance will be forfeited.
• Consecutive 4-night minimum required for advance reservations. Fewer night stays possible (one, two or three nights) when available on a last minute basis or to fill in gaps between other advance bookings. Surcharges may apply for shorter stays if available;
• Breakfast baskets are available for an additional cost. Details included in our confirmation packet.
