Credit card holds are placed on your credit card to ensure sufficient funds. You bank’s policy determines when this hold is released. Unless we are advised otherwise, the credit card number used to charge deposits/balances is the credit card number that was used to make the reservation.
Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date may be charged in full at time the reservation is made or a “hold” placed for the full sum and charged in full upon arrival- at the owner’s discretion.
Extended Stay Reservations are not refundable and are payable in full at the time the reservation is placed. We ask that payment be made with a certified check or wire transfer whenever possible.
Non-refundable reservations (stays of seven days or longer or multiple room reservations): 1. If you are reserving for dates which fall more than 28 days out into the future, full payment is required at the time the reservation is placed 2. If you are reserving for dates which fall less than 28 days out into the future, a credit card hold for 100% is required at the time the reservation is placed and your full balance is payable upon arrival.

Deposits and/or cash payments must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Credit cards must be physically present upon your arrival so that your balance can be charged. We cannot charge your balance without your card being present. Credit card holds are renewed every 30 days until the arrival date.
A card hold or deposit is required to confirm a reservation. If your stay falls within 30 days, we place a credit card hold on the full balance. The full balance is due and payable upon check in. If your arrival date is more than 30 days into the future, we charge a 25% deposit. 28-30 prior to your arrival date we place a hold on the remaining balance. Your full balance is payable upon arrival. In any event funds for 100% of the stay must be made available prior to the arrival date.
