Rear bedrooms:
The quiet and sunny larger bedroom features a pretty queen-size iron bed. Many antiques fill the room and include Irish pine pieces such as a tall linen press with drawers, a cricket table, a chest of drawers, a blanket chest and a wrought iron antique crib (converted to loveseat). A small color TV sits atop an antique English pine cabinet. The original marble fireplace is (working) a focal point in the room. The view south is of the house's picturesque courtyard (Cottage and Terrace) and neighboring garden. A/C in this room.
The south-facing second bedroom is not much larger than its twin size wrought iron daybed.
Front Bedroom and Sitting Room:
The gracious third bedroom also contains a sitting area complete with full size sofa, an antique blanket chest (doubling as a coffee table), TV and club chair. This room overlooks the tree-lined street and the beautiful townhouses that are across from the 1871 House. The room has high ceilings and a beautiful working marble fireplace.Other furnishings include a Mahogany antique table, an antique pine chest of drawers. Many oversized French reproduction prints fill the sitting and bed area.
Kitchen:
Full size windowed eat-in kitchen contains a full size refrigerator, gas range/oven, coffeemaker, toaster and toaster oven. Full supply of utensils, dishes, drinking glasses and cups, pots.
Beautiful rectangular French style black marble table with iron base and French bistro chairs are set by the window overlooking the picturesque street.
Private bathroom/phone/modem/2 color TVs. Full Cable TV in Front Room. A/C in large rear bedroom summer months only.
